【DIRECTIONS】
1. Firstly clean teeth by flossing and brushing, preferably with a whiteningtoothpaste before each application.
2. Shake pen, remove brush cover and twist clockwise until gel is releasedand covers brush head.
3. Apply a thin layer of gel directly onto the front surfaces of the upperteeth, avoiding gums and lips. Allow to dry for 5 minutes before brushingyour teeth to remove any residual gel.
4. Repeat process on lower teeth.
5. For best results, use 2-3 times per week and avoid eating or drinking for15 minutes after the application. We recommend not use morethan 3 times per week as this may cause tooth sensitivity.
